1st layer is called the Etheric Field

  • It is the body’s physical double.

2nd layer is called the Emotional field

  • It is the lower emotional level of feelings and emotional patterns.
  • Perceived as clouds of rainbow color.

3rd layer is called the Mental field is 3 to 8 inches off the body.

  • It is the thought processes, mental ideas, and personal beliefs.
  • Perceived as yellow lines of light.

4th through 7th layers.

  • Intuitive and spiritual fields emanating up to 3 feet off the body.
  • Place where our higher purpose, goals, and relationship to the Divine is reflected

  1. Sit, stand or lie down comfortably and ensure your spine is erect. Take a few deep breaths and bring your focus to your breathing. Feel yourself relaxing as you continue to breath normally.

  2. Bring your attention to an envelope of energy surrounding your body, a glowing golden light. Don’t worry if you can’t see the exact color light just sense its golden presence.

  3. Sense this golden energy in a shape of an egg or orb. The light surrounds you evenly on all sides from your:
    Front to back sides
    Left to right sides
    Top to bottom sides

  4. Pause and notice this. Be with it.

  5. Bring your attention to the outer edges of this egg or orb.
    Feel the outer perimeter as a smooth, firm and breathable.
    Feel yourself contained securely, safely within.

  6. Pause and notice this.

  7. Be aware of your breath and your field. Breathe naturally. Be in this moment, held within your radiant energy field. Be with it for 5 minutes.
