You can use it to identify how much discomfort your stress symptoms cause you.

You can also use it to give you a clearer picture of which symptoms you have right now.

A few steps to take for holistic relief and stress reduction

  • Take the test below.
  • Choose stress relief techniques that work for you.
  • Master them.
  • Log your practice of mastering the stress relief tips on a calendar. See your progress. This tends to help people. Get a free calendar here.
  • Re-assess yourself again. Maybe that's after 1, 2 or 3 weeks. It's up to you.
  • Take out your stress test and fill in the third column.
  • Repeat this as you need to.
